Jeevan Surya Maddu is an accomplished Associate at Goldman Sachs, with a passion for managing tasks and logical thinking. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Patna. Jeevan has amassed 4.27 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering, having previously worked as a Software Developer at Arista, where he was part of the Platform Development Team (PD). Here, he developed software specific to the hardware chip that is placed in the data center switches, based on the requirement of the clients. He also worked on two projects based on existing RFC's (Request for Comment), namely RFC 7432 and RFC 6790. Prior to his stint at Arista, Jeevan was a part of the Rural Technology Development Club (RTDC) at IIT Patna, where he led a team to build a web application that helps farmers and rural people of India have access to agriculture, weather, medical care, and job-related data. He used ASP.NET and C# for this project. Jeevan's proficiency in .NET and ASP.NET has earned him a place in the Core Engineering Team at Goldman Sachs, where he is currently based. In this role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining software applications that are critical to the functioning of the company. Jeevan's tech stack includes test, Software Engineer, dotNET, ASP.NET, and Web. He is a quick learner and is always eager to take on new challenges and projects. In his free time, Jeevan enjoys reading books and watching movies.
